Entry Luxury Cars BMW 325i

Editor's Pick: BMW 325i
The so-called near-luxury class is made up of some great cars, so choosing among them is tough. It comes down to budget and priorities. For taut handling and driving precision, you can't beat the BMW 3 Series. In this class, BMW does indeed build the ultimate driving machine with razor-sharp response. The BMW 325i sedan ($28,100) delivers precise handling and plenty of smooth power, especially with the five-speed manual gearbox. Life gets even better as you move up to the more powerful, more expensive models, such as the 330i sedan ($35,200). No wrong choices in this line, just choices.

Other top choices:
The Infiniti G35 offers many of the benefits of the BMW 3 Series at a lower cost. The G35 sedan ($27,950) delivers more power than the BMW 330i. Like the BMW, but unlike many of its competitors, the Infiniti uses rear-wheel drive, which is better for high performance.
